The college is endowed with excellent infrastructure in an area of 16.42 acres of land. The teaching faculty are highly experienced and well qualified. Spacious class rooms are available for teaching the students. All the labs like Foundation lab, Anatomy lab, Nutrition lab, Community lab, Paediatric lab are equipped adequately. The library consists of adequate books and National and International Journals. It is well equipped with furniture for comfortable reading and writing under the supervision of qualified Librarian. Computer class rooms are furnished with adequate computers with a qualified faculty.

The College is recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council. It is also approved by The Tamilnadu Government and affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai
The PSG Ponnammaal College of Nursing is run by the PSG P Trust is situated in an area of 16 acres of land at Goundampalayam, Kangayam. It is just 27 kms south East from Tiruppur, 45 kms south from Erode, 65 kms East from Coimbatore.. The magnificant building seen on the road side itself manifest the standard and quality of atmosphere is very much conducive for learning.
The PSG P Trust was established in the year 2020 with an objective of establishing college of Nursing to provide professional education and training to female candidates for the development of character, law abiding and healthy citizens.
